SWINGER SOCIETY RULES
- Please do not promote or recruit for your parties or you will be immediately banned. Recruiting is an outright act of disrespect towards the hosts and the difficult work we do to put together a quality party with quality people.
- Swinger Society is an adult lifestyle group who host events where on-premise play is allowed.
- Single ladies are highly respected in the Swinger Society Community. Stalking or harassment of single ladies is never permitted and, if excessive, can result in temporary or permanent suspension of a couple's membership.
- Swinger Society does not release a guest's private information to other guests; nor does Swinger Society sell guest information. To contact a Swinger Society guest, you will need to ask the guest directly at a Swinger Society event.
- Couples should arrive and depart the event together.
- No means no, so if someone tells you no, we ask you to respect this decision.
- If you experience a consent violation, please notify the staff immediately. You may email admin@swingersociety.net to report a consent violation.
- Whether you are a man or a woman, please ask for the consent of others before touching.
- Please respect the Swinger Society venue at all times by keeping it clean and picking up after yourself. If you have an accident, please clean it up, and/or notify staff to help you.
- All guests should respect the dignity of others. No rude conduct toward guests or staff will be permitted.
- If you enter a play area, and are not playing, we kindly ask that you whisper or do not talk at all.
- Please do not invade the personal space of others while they are playing. If there is a doubt, please ask them if they would like your company.
- Please be respectful of the location and cover yourself when entering or exiting the venue, or if you're outside smoking. Please keep the noise volume down when outside (based on location).
- Swinger Society has a no-tolerance policy for drugs or prostitution.
- No cameras, cell phone cameras or recording devices are permitted for use.
- Overly intoxicated guests will be asked to leave the party area or will be denied entrance.
- Promoting competing events or services (paid or free) at Swinger Society or on the Swinger Society network may result in membership suspension.
- You agree to indemnify and hold the club, its management, staff, agents and venues, harmless of any claim or damages (including any legal fees in relation to the same) made by yourself or a third party, for any loss, damage, injury or harm suffered by them or their property howsoever caused.
